Works: Complete re-modelling of entrance, lower and upper bailey, and the remainder of the grounds including the construction of new stone walling, steps and ramps, refurbishment of memorial plinth, extensive soft landscaping including newly turfed and revived grassed areas to bring life back to the historical site. Working within a site of archaeological interest and challenges we were required to carry out excavations under a CPAT watching brief where we discovered skeletal remains dating back hundreds of years as well as possibly one of the first masonry foundations/constructions from the 1400s.
