Works: The project involved the construction of a two-storey extension connected to the existing custodian’s cottage to provide a habitable and rentable space for the client, as well as the construction of a new community centre of traditional construction to reflect the custodian’s cottage but with modern approaches such as a sedum roof and curved external walling. Bespoke metalwork finishes were applied to the community centre to compliment the fine craftmanship throughout the site.
