Project info: Construction of a new boiler house made up of dry-stone walling clad to blockwork, green roof and larch cladding, M&E works comprised of new boilers, tanks, and controls. A separate 30m dry-stone wall was also constructed adjacent to the boiler house. The West Wing works comprise of the conservation works to the exterior of the west wing, and internal repair and adaption works to the interior of the west wing, providing a relocated entrance and improved facilities. Major lime pointing, stone repairs and lime plastering works were carried out on this project. There are also limited external works, including new paving, drainage, and lighting.
